Every step of the way, we work closely with our custom home build clients to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and to their satisfaction. This is a big investment for our clients, so we take extra care at each stage of the process of getting a new home. See the steps below to give you a general idea of how the process works.
1. Land Consulting
As the first and most important step in the building process, we are happy to assist in your land purchase process with services including: land analysis, civil engineering, construction planning and soil evaluations.
2. Design
With a vast network of architects, structural engineers and designers, we are able to pair you with a professional that will be compatible, and capable, to put your ideas on paper and bring your design to life.
3. Quoting
Once we have secured a lot and have a working plan, we will use a detailed quoting checklist to gather and organize your desired home features. Using this information we pair these specifications with the project budget to deliver an accurate and detailed quote.
4. Construction
Using our professional network of vendors and contractors, we are able to keep a schedule while delivering quality work at all levels of the build. Our team makes the process easy and organized by breaking the build down into 4 phases. Each phase detailing what to expect, the selections we will need and where to make those selections.
